Lovely and compassionate people from the intake workers at the desk to the nurse and nurse practitioner who saw me. I had an appointment for my right shoulder and went to see Laura Gosnell. She was articulate, knowledgeable and very helpful in discussing my concerns regarding my shoulder pain. The staff took x-rays, Laura explained treatment options and we scheduled a follow up. Laura is an excellent communicator, friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough. I left my appointment with full confidence in my treatment plan.
