For a friends bday we treated ourselves to a “Night Out” at Adirondack Salt Cave and it was the best decision we could have made! Dana and her husband Greg were incredible through the whole process from booking, to walking us to the car at the end of our 3 hour girls night! It was all of our first time at a salt cave, we started with halo therapy and it was so relaxing we actually almost fell asleep, then we ordered some delicious food that Dana&Greg recommended and picked up for us, and lastly we streamed a movie laughing and bonding with eachother in a new, fun, unique environment! We all feel wonderful, relaxed, and refreshed today and cannot wait to go back! Oh, and I can’t forget to talk about the Himalayan detox foot stone, just ask Dana to try one when you walk in, you won’t be able to leave without your own. Best massage I’ve had! Staff were courteous. My masseuse paid special attention to my problem areas. Cannot wait to go back!
My fiancé and I went for the couples halotherapy massages and it was so great! We had heather and Naomi and they were super sweet and accommodating.the whole process was wonderful.we definitely recommend,and we will be returning!❤️🥰
