I’ve only been to this Ulta 2–3 times over the past 2 years specifically to look for perfumes, but every time I go, there are barely any fragrance samples available to actually smell or try. It’s really disappointing when you’re trying to choose a perfume because you can’t tell how it smells without a tester.
I just got my eyebrows done by Chanyah at the Benefit Brow Bar. And she did a fantastic job! It had been a while since I got my eyebrows done so she worked with me to make sure it was right. Plus she's very nice and easy to talk to.
Been here a few times, unfortunately didn’t get names but the staff I have encountered have always been pleasant and helpful. Today in particular, the girl working around 11am on register also helped shade match me and was incredibly nice - good customer service is hard to come by these days so thought she deserved a shout out!
