Unfortunately, a couple of inconsiderate customers. I’ve seen a couple bring their filthy pet beds to be washed here and nothing else. Another complaint are stain marks on new shirts after being washed there. People need to check their pockets and stop brining their nasty pet’s bed to be washed here.
I always drop off my laundry here. May here is so nice. I only told her once how I like my laundry done and she always makes sure it gets done that way. I don’t even have to tell her any specifics. She’s the sweetest! Highlight recommend her and the service here. At times when I end up doing laundry on my own, I never have any issues. The machines are clean and gets the job done.
I drop my laundry here and it always a wonderful, calm experience. When I first used this laundromat, the owner asked me about my preferences - which detergent to use, if I wanted to use dryer sheets or not, and temperature. I've never been given those options at other laundromats and since I have sensitive skin, historically have done my own washing with my own detergent. Other laundromats use crazy hot heat to dry - it's faster maybe, but I've had underwear and other elastics literally melt.
