I am extremely pleased with Bay Carpet and Flooring! For years, I couldn’t find a company willing to replace the old carpet in my bedroom while working around the existing furniture. I contacted Bay Carpet and Flooring on a Saturday, had an in-home visit with carpet samples, and received an estimate by Monday. By Wednesday, the new carpet was installed!
They were professional, responsive, and accommodating every step of the way. The entire process was incredibly smooth and much faster than I expected. I will definitely use them again for future flooring needs and highly recommend them to friends and family. Great experience from start to finish!

Incredibly convenient with superb customer service. Installation was seamless and the staff was very professional. We shopped around to several competitors and Bay Carpet was the best value by far.
