We wanted to get our backyard redone and we found Papiro Landscaping so we called them. Matt came over to the house and I showed him everything I wanted done and he said he would send over a drawing that the cost would be waived if we agreed to work together. We got back this drawing and when I say it had nothing done correctly, it had absolutely nothing done correctly. They even had drawn concrete over the opening of our septic tank when I had shown him and sent him plans circled with “do not put anything here” on it. Just recently moved and needed a landscaper! The previous owners used Papiro. I left a message. Hours later they returned my call. They we're going to email a proposal to me. No proposal came. Called again the following day. Left another message. No return call, no proposal!So, needless to say, as a potential new customer, I am so unimpressed with Papiro! Landscapers are a dime a dozen. I called another company. They were here in 20 minutes with a proposal!Shame on Papiro!

Not often do you meet business owners who care more about the needs of the customer than the needs of their bank account. The business is ran locally and provides exceptional and personal customer care. Highly recommend Papiro Landscaping for your lawn, garden and all outdoor property care and needs. An old fashioned good old school American company ran by an owner and operator who demonstrates integrity and honesty in all he does and provides for his clients and the community as a whole.
