The salon is conveniently located at the castle, and clients have reported pleasant surprises with their haircuts. However, some clients have experienced issues with organization and timeliness, leading to delays and rushed appointments. Despite this, the salon has received recommendations for its services, particularly for haircuts.
I visited with a group of friends this past weekend as part of a bachelorette weekend spent in the area, and we had a wonderful experience at the spa! Everyone enjoyed their massage so much, and the spa itself is beautiful, clean, and found at an amazing location overall.
Kate, the group booking manager, was extremely helpful in assisting me with setting things up and she was very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process from beginning to end.
Thank you to Kate, the massage therapists, and the other salon staff for making my group’s visit to the area so lovely!
Very professional massage staff. Our spa experience was enjoyable, but not life changing. A few changes could be made for future "true bliss" reservations: rotating the massage tables to allow the couple to interact more easily and more tea options or a kettle to refill.
Highly recommend this salon! I was visiting Seneca Lake and could not stand my hair another day, so decided to take a chance. I booked with BethAnn and was beyond pleasantly surprised! Not only do I love my hair, but I loved the overall experience and will honestly consider making the 5 hour drive just to see her again next time I need a haircut.
