We recently connected for support with putting our oldest dog to sleep. The whole process was warm and loving and tailored to our needs, and we couldn't have felt more supported at a more difficult time.

I'll always love you Jacky. This veterinarian is the most compassionate, caring vet you can ever be blessed to have. I had to put my cat down today and she made room for me, after I went to Canandaigua Vet clinic and emergency vet, who treated me terribly and used my emotions to empty my wallet, this vet stepped in and was truly a God send. What an Angel. If you can't get in to see her, it's because she's that good, she's not interested in ripping people off, she's interested in helping. Don't be mean to someone who truly cares.

They helped us deal with letting our furbaby pass and cross the Rainbow Bridge. Spending time with him and to start the grieving process. It was time to let him go. Dealing with this was hard and they were passionate and helped us make the right decision. They are a caring place. I would recommend them to other people who have a pet.
