I had bought a new laptop and needed help transferring data from the old machine to the new one. That used to be a simple process, but not with Windows 10, which makes file sharing difficult. Jon came to my house and was able to slog through all the settings to allow the two computers to communicate, something I never could have done on my own.Later, when I was unable to get the new laptop to recognize my printer, Jon was able to access my computer remotely and solve the problem.
