I had extensive work done at Dr. Kaplansky’s - over 3-1/2 hours, they knew that novocaine doesn’t work on me and how I have anxiety and they accommodated my needs! Different numbing medication, they made sure that I couldn’t feel anything and when I could, they stopped immediately and gave me more medication! They put on music to help me relax and were so friendly! I couldn’t recommend a better place to go! They even have evening appointments!
I am a health care administrator and may be a bit more critical than others. I absolutely love this place and the office is just over the lockport boundry to Gasport. It takes me 25 minutes from Campbell/Bear Ridge Rd. Not far at all.

Recently had my wisdom teeth extracted, was very nervous before. The staff does an excellent job making sure you are comfortable and not in pain. Went very well, they even followed up later that night to check how I was doing. Would recommend Dr. Kaplansky’s dental practice to anyone, especially those with anxiety about dental work.
