Best company there is! We didn’t know any better at our first house and had Falso recommend a new furnace and a/c unit at almost 20k when our a/c went. Tri-County came and said that absolutely was not necessary and replaced the a/c for significantly less $$$. Built a new house and Tri-County completed the HVAC, furnace install, propane lines and central air units for us. The best part is that our heating and a/c costs are so much lower than I had expected for our 3600 sq. ft. house, literally half of what we had estimated it would cost ??. Rick is the best in the business, he knows what equipment is needed and installs perfectly to keep your energy costs down!

A short time ago I was without heat for over 2 and a half days. The company I had been dealing with was not answering over the weekend. They tried fixing it on Friday, but it went out that evening. House temp got down to 56 degrees. Tri County heard of my problem and offered to come free of charge on Monday morning! The technician found the problem early Monday morning. A part had to be ordered. The owner went to Syracuse the next day to personally pick it up, and I finally had heat by Tuesday afternoon.
