We've been with Johnston's for over 12 years now and they have always been on top of everything, never close to run out, the one time we did which was a fluke winter, they were there in an hour, at evening and on a weekend..I cannot stress enough how much they have done for us and how much they helped when we were were first time home owners in the area... Thank you all at Johnston's everyone is great! Thank you to the dedicated drivers who get it to us through thick and thin ..

Had to call Johnston last Thursdays at 3:45pm as it appeared we had run out of gas. They sent out a technician within 1 hour to check out the problem. It seems the gauge wasn’t working and we were out of gas. We assumed because the gauge was wrong we didn’t really get 80% on the last visit. They said they would deliver first thing in the morning and check for leaks. They arrived at 8:30am and filled the tank and sure enough we did have a leak in the valve. He locked out the tank and said someone would be here soon. Later that morning another technician arrived and fixed the leak. He said we should swap out the tank. Made an appointment in August to have tanks swapped.Thanks
