Our furnace stopped working at 10;00 at night. We called the 24/7 hotline and received a return call in less than 10 minutes. We requested a service call for the next morning. JMI reached out to us immediately the next morning, sent out a technician and had the problem resolved by 9:00 AM. Super impressed with our entire experience with JMI. Highly recommend!
A great team! My furnance broke, of course, after hours. Called that night and by the morning they had already figured out a plan for a new furnance. Figured out a great price for me and a rebate to boot! Very courteous, polite and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend them. Justin, in sales and the two service repairs guys were great! I can't thank them enough!
