We had the neutral wire going to the house replaced after it began to fray and some interior work adding a circuit to our panel, replacing some sketchy wiring and non-grounded outlets around our basement. I called (on a Saturday) and the gentleman I spoke to - cannot remember his name - could not have been more helpful. Rather than charging me for a visit (or anything for that matter), he spent about 45 minutes of his own time over two phone calls helping me to troubleshoot and work it out - which he did.
