The service I received from two men and a truck was exceptional from start to finish. To begin I spoke with Elisabeth at their headquarters/booking office. She is what prompted me to go with their company. She was so professional and so friendly. I called at least 5 times, and she was extremely helpful each time. After the move I needed a few bits of information and she worked hard to get them to me. She got me all the paperwork I needed and diligently. Then I spoke with the manger Nicole she was also very professional and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop about my movers and make sure everything was proceeding accordingly. I also worked with Nick at the back office for paperwork and he provided excellent service. As for the actual move. My move was a very tough one and Anthony and Nolan assisted me with extra care concern and with a smile on their faces. It was a complicated move that required a lot of strength, dedication and intelligence. It required 1, brute strength because I have a lot of heavy items. 2, there was a lot of stuff and it all needed to be moved that day, requiring the guys to work extra hard to achieve this. Lastly, intelligence. Pivoting the items down a 4 floor walk-up is not easy. You have to be well versed in the process of moving to get things in and out efficiently. Also, the truck was packed by Nolan in a way that I did not think humanely possible. Every inch of space was utilized properly, not sure if he plays Tetris but we would be a master! He also packed my storage unit, PERFECTLY! This is a huge part of the service, because without a proper packing of the truck all the items would not have fit. I often asked the guys if they needed a break or anything snacks food. They really worked hard to work straight through the move, I don’t think they took 5 minutes to themselves. I would highly recommend Anthony and Nolan and I would ask for them specifically. They are up outstanding employees and people. Thanks to everyone for making the move seamless!
