Sophie's Hair Braiding is always a great place to get your hair braided. They do not take reservations but they are always able to squeeze you in. The staff is always polite and professional and they always do great work. Every time I go my hair always looks amazing.
I've been coming here for 15+ years and I genuinely appreciate these African women bringing their skills to us here. Sophie and her crew may not speak the best English but they are very sweet and I always walk out of there with expert box braids and this is why I keep coming back. I truly don't understand the negative reviews. Lighten up ladies. Be specific about what you want and the price before you even sit in the chair, and be kind. BE KIND.
