I've been coming here for 15+ years and I genuinely appreciate these African women bringing their skills to us here. Sophie and her crew may not speak the best English but they are very sweet and I always walk out of there with expert box braids and this is why I keep coming back. I truly don't understand the negative reviews. Lighten up ladies. Be specific about what you want and the price before you even sit in the chair, and be kind. BE KIND. i have been going to Sophies hair salon for over 25 years. Never a problem. Loved all my hairdos from box braids to Bo ho braids. All the staff is very friendly. A great location. free parking in front. clean bathroom just nice atmosphere. I have recommended many of my friends and coworkers.
I have going here for over ten years and I have never had a problem. Sophie and the others are all sweet ladies that if I need to be in a salon for hours they are the ones I want to be around. No matter what style I ask for they are always concerned about the health of my hair. I ask them to leave a small section out in the back by my nape so I can bend me neck and sleep easier. Never a problem always ready to help. Sincerely love these ladies!!!
