I am a contractor & decided to build my garage in Nassau county. Everything here is slow, from plan approval to the 100 inspections to all special trades that are licensed locally. Started the process in 2015 and just started work 1-2 months ago. The only profession that did everything fast and efficient is the surveyors. I would definitely recommend them.They do stake out, foundation location & final surveys!
