We began interviewing companies for estimates for upgrading and replacing our AC system. Elm AC was recommended, and owner Scott O got back to me immediately to schedule an appt. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that I had missed the appt. and called back to apologize and reschedule. Scott examined our home and system, and offered some interesting ideas for increasing circulation to better balance the temperature as it was much colder downstairs. We spoke to other companies, but ultimately chose Elm to replace our 3-ton outdoor compressor as Scott seemed very knowledgeable. We've used elm air for 2 different ductless mini split installations. Both installs were smooth and pain free! the team did a great job keeping things clean and were very informative answering all of our questions! highly recommend to others
