Just bought my first home in Freeport and you earned a customer for life today. Just needed to replace a kitchen faucet drop hose with an odd connector I couldn’t find anywhere else. Clerk researched the part but it wasn’t in stock. He gave me the part number, phone number to Delta and suggested another supply store if it was urgent. He also mentioned it may be under warranty. It was and it will take some time but a free replacement is on the way. That is top notch customer service! So when I replace my entire heating system in the fall guess where I will be purchasing? Russ & Flag had so much knowledge and were so helpful in or purchase of a boiler following hurricane irene. They were the best thing that's happened to us since the hurricane wiped out our basement & our trip to freeport plumbing was the only thing that had gone right since. I highly recommend them to anyone!
