Looks like I’m not the only one. Called for a couple of parts for a Greenheck ERV and the lady was extremely rude and condescending. Asking me 1000 questions while I’m trying to work and just needed a quote on a few simple parts. I told her my company and the number on our website and she made it seem like I was lying to her about it lol sorry I don’t need parts from you that bad that I would need to lie about the company I work for’s phone number. Found other reps that are much more professional and easy to do business with

This guys are charging for broken equipment as well for the equipment that has not been received by buyer. They don't respect clients, easily can terminate clients accounts.Services: Fan installation

We bought fan from ADE and they delivered broken fan. No refund, they even charged us for shipping and handling. Zero responsibility, not client oriented company.Services: Fan repair
