I have been going to the adult hayastan grappling for a couple years now and both my daughters go to the little ninjas and pee-wees classes.

The adult Hayastan Grappling is phenomenal with no egos and instruction for all levels. You can go in day 1 and expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. Rolling partners are all great and respectful with no one looking to prove themselves or injure. Classes are the perfect length of time to prevent over-training and learning too much that you cannot retain anything the next class

You couldn't ask for a better place to send your kids. We've been going for a year now. In addition to expert instruction you get special events, and access to summer camps. The kids get exposed to a wider age group than they do at school, in a context of positivity and respect that school can't match anymore. A+++
