I made an appointment and Sandy had the nerve to tell me that this is my second time messing up my appointment. I was appalled!!! I always make my appointment at a certain time because I work really close by. I told her she must be mistaken. She didn’t even apologize. She just told me I can wait for 45mins. I kindly rescheduled and walked out. They need a better scheduling system. If you can’t get appointments correct hire someone! Sometimes customers have the same name Sandy! Another suggestion is get the customers full name and phone number to identify them when write the appointments in your book since that’s what you do. I hate that Sandy overbooks the staff. It is absolutely unprofessional to book someone for an appointment and when they arrive for their respective appointment, there is someone else on their time. She needs to book accordingly and make sure her staff has enough timeServices: Manicure
