I don't like how they left hair dye on forehead and I didn't get a blow out. The person was rushing my hair to get to another customer, and I arrived early to my appointment. I had told the staff that I have a lot of hair, which they should have reserved enough time to do my hair. She only passed the hair dryer on my hair and when I went home I realized my hair was still wet in the back. What I feel unfair about this is that I still got charged for all the services that weren't correctly done.
