Overall it was a pretty good experience. The doctor is not very talkative, you have to extract the information from her. She does not like answering questions pertaining to your exam or results. I guess she feels as long as she makes the diagnosis, there should be no questions. Lol. Her support staff is terrific. They are patient and knowledgeable so no issue there at all. My other only issue was the fact that I wasn't told of the options I have when ordering my lenses. In fact, i was actually told that I was getting "Progressive and Transitional" lenses. I highly recommend this office, especially for nuerolens! The optometrist is very knowledgeable. The staff are extremely professional and they are always available to help you. With nuerolens, you sometimes need frequent adjustments, and byfar this office has gone over and beyond for me! Again, I highly recommend!!

This is a fine local establishment for the Franklin Square community. Everyone is very friendly, the MD is kind, generous with her time and pretty much spot on. The staff is great. Phone calls are always answered. The glasses are reasonably priced. Very happy to have met these people and highly recommend.
