When it comes to decisions for a loved one he is amazing! He walked us thru all the steps. Then when we wanted to add a picture he was 100% upfront with us about the problems that may occur. Then he sent us a picture of the final product and it was better than what we pictured. Definitely helped with the process and we were able to grieve and know it was taken care of. Thank you so much!
