Disano's installed an awning on the home my wife and I purchased before we moved in. When we moved in, we discovered the awning was broken and not functional. We have e-mailed Disano's, and called on three separate occasions over the past month with no acknowledgement whatsoever. A little tired of hearing "leave a message and we will call you back"

Terrible customer service. Bought an awning from this company and it didn’t fit properly because he measured wrong. Guy doesn’t know how to satisfy customers when things go wrong. When a company asks you to make suggestions on how to satisfy you, you know you’re in trouble. Doesn’t keep his promises or his appointments. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Buyer beware! This company has no customer service know-how and they do not keep their promises. Calls go unreturned and appointments missed. The first time we used this company was the first time we'd ever installed an awning, so we had the framing installed as well. All was well until it came time to replace the awning after years of wear and tear. We thought we would use DiSano's again because they would know their way around their own products. Were we wrong! They missed their first appointment with us and never called, then they measured wrong causing poor fit over the framing.
