High Tech Solutions saved my phone and memories of my children!My screen went black yet I still was receiving notifications, text messages, phone calls, but my screen would not turn on.After calling multiple different "phone fixers" and being told there was nothing to be done, that I had lost all my precious memories (that I forgot to back up) someone local suggested I tried High Tech Solutions.My partner went to drop off the phone, was told that High Tech Solutions will try their best, but there was a chance that everything was lost.Yet, in less than 2 weeks time, High Tech Solutions NOT only replaced my screen they ALSO KEPT EVERYTHING IN TACT/I DID NOT LOSE... read full review

I forgot my book of passwords, but Glenn was able to work this out and he straightened out my Apple ID, gmail, and iCloud mess within a few minutes. His charge was extremely fair and he was very easy to deal with.
