Amazing team. They were truly fantastic in helping us through our last hours with Lua, a wonderful golden of 14+ years. The whole team wrote a thoughtful, hand-written card to check-in the week after. Highly recommend for both the quality of care and the caring.
While visiting from out of town, my dog was attacked by another dog that ended in trauma & puncture wounds. The Otter Lake office was able to get him in right away. From the first phone call, to the discharge & follow up, they were compassionate & capable every step of the way. I’m very grateful they were right down the road from where it happened, got us in, & took good care.
This vet clinic has a wonderful, small town feel with a wonderful staff. They provide caring service and are very thorough. We have never been pushed but have been provided enough information to make educated decisions about our furry family members and treatment.Don't let the small size fool you, this is a top notch place.
