Neighborhood Office plan and simple, they remember names after the 1st visit. Ran efficiently with no BS, arrive on time and you will be seen on time, 95% of the time, hey things come up! Staff is courteous while getting the job done efficiently. Everything I look for in a medical office. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Rabinovich and have had nothing but great experiences with any of her referrals.
CON-- wish they were a little closer to the train, very little parking within 2-3 blocks

This place used to be very good, the doctor I had was excellent but the reception was the worst. They never state their name, clinic name and always put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes . No explanation. I can't believe they are not able to train the receptionist with basics , to state their name, name of the clinic and before putting a person on hold tell them the reason.
