“My late husband had been cutting & styling my hair for 45 years. Once he became unable to do this, I let my hair just grow. After about 2 years I decided I had to find someone to style my hair as I was looking like a witch . On the recommendation of one of my neighbors, with great apprehension, I made an appointment with Sal. I was immediately put at ease and he did a great job on my first cut not by my late husband. Little by little I've gone shorter and shorter and always let him just do his thing. I never walk out not pleased and we always have a pleasant conversation. Would highly recommend him.“

“Cute nail salon in Forest Hills. Great and comparable prices. Great service. My only feedback was my nail tech misunderstood me when I asked for the lemon spa and gave me lavender spa. However, it included so much, it was worth the price! Spa pedi included paraffin wax, callus remover, massage, hot stones and the steam! I have never gotten a spa pedi that included all this. Thank you ☺️ Honey Nails. I also got the gel manicure.

“Overall, not a good value. Wanted to like this salon and make it my new go to but the three times I’ve been, my basic (no design) mani pedis have been just okay and not worth the price.

Pedicure. I have pretty soft feet but heels end up rougher than before
Foot massages were not great
Not great at filing/shaping nails. Uneven
Nail cuticles don’t look neat
Kind of slow gel application. Appreciate them wanting to be neat but seems inexperienced
Not fully set? Polish gets scratches easily even days later
Nails still smell like gel a day later

Place is good in a pinch but in going to keep looking.“
