Carol is great with my kids. She's professional and keeps my five year old son's hair looking great. He's always happy to see her and leaves with more confidence. We love her. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure why this salons rating is so low. It's really pretty inside with a floral arrangement over the front desk. The receptionist was friendly and I didn't wait long before meeting with my colorist. Jamie was pleasant and was honest about what I wanted vs what was possible. She looked at a picture and said she could do it. And wow, she really delivered! My color came out amazing and looks natural. Shaun (or alternate spelling sorry) cut my hair and I'm not gonna lie I was nervous. He doesn't cut hair conventionally and really just relies on his eye to cut. He asked me what I wanted, suggested how much to cut and did his thing. My hair feels light and looks full. I'm so happy with the result. Alyssa washed my hair. She was great. I'd suggest going to this salon and taking a chance despite the ratings.

I had the most amazing service at Michiche! After over a year without a haircut my curls were out of control, I was able to get an appointment with Paulette who was so attentive and nice and most importantly gave me a beautiful haircut and even nicer blow out. I loved her service so much that I brought my son to get a haircut too, I had been reluctant to cut his hair since he has beautiful curls that I didn’t want to mess up but she was amazing with him as well. Our appointment times were kept and we were taken care of immediately after arrival.
