Raymond Cash is an incredible attorney. He is an expert in Landlord/Tenant law. Over the past 6 months he has appeared in court on several litigation for me. I have always found him to be knowledgeable in the law and he has gotten great results.
I highly recommend the Law Offices of Raymond Cash. I had a tenant who was not paying rent. They appeared in court for me in Westchester, and convinced my tenant to vacate in a short while. Although the tenant could not pay all of the rent due, they convince him to sign a judgment for the money and a judgment in possession. I would tell any of my friends to use this firm for landlord tenant issues
