I have very bad experience with customer service the lady by the first counter very bad behavior with me she was talk to badly manner with me she was so rude and then the other lady come to me and try to good talk with me and asking what I need even when I’m done with other lady I was about to leave she behave bad response she need to learn good customer service first
Very bad experience
I have been seeing Clara (Spanish speaking but understands basic English) nail tech for my mani and pedis and she has not disappointed me as of yet. She takes her time and is thorough. I would recommend, place is clean, prices are great. Parking is eh but it’s on 108 street-expected.
