The staff are so kind and friendly, and the place is kept clean. I’ve been going here for years when I want to get a spa pedicure and gel manicure for a special occasion. I’m never disappointed - they do great work here! It’s best to make an appointment, since they can get quite busy. They adhere to their appointment schedule and do their best to accommodate walk-ins. Unfortunately, I’ve seen walk-ins get frustrated when they can’t be taken right away since clients with appointments are prioritized. Again, I recommend calling and getting penciled in their schedule if you want to be guaranteed a spot at a particular time.

You’ll notice all the people leaving 1 star are consistently leaving 1 star for other businesses. Such a shame — Forest Nails is the best!! This is the only place I will go in the neighborhood. I’ve been a regular for six months. I’ve tried other places in the area and I’m not impressed. I ALWAYS come back here. The owner is so sweet and all the staff is accommodating and friendly. The salon is super clean. Every time I’m here, they ask if I want something to drink; they ask if I’m comfortable, if the temperature is just right, if the color looks good, etc. They’re just the best! Speaking only to regular manicures. I really like this place, my nails turn out great and the top coat they use seem to be sturdy. My mani is in good condition until my nails start growing out. Price is reasonable, space is clean, and people are friendly. I make sure to stop by when it's not too busy, you can also call ahead to check.
