I've been with this waxer for a few months now and they seem to always go above and beyond and is understanding to my needs. Yesterday, during a non chalant conversion of ours, they explained the sanitary measures they take in which I've always just assumed because of the type of business this is but yesterday, it was more of a confirmation for me and makes me appreciated it even more. Also, the girls working the front desk at this time are friendly. There used to be one girl who worked the front desk months ago and she was a monster. Been here several times and service is good. Dolly is great and super friendly. The receptionist, Moe, is very sweet and helpful. I purchased the wax pass with the assistant manager (I believe her name is Akeila) but decided to cancel it the same day. After about a week, my pass was never cancelled nor was I refunded. I’ve spoken with the asst. manager several times and even asked for a receipts I’ve never received, but she would never put it through. Eventually I got to speak with another store rep, Felicia, who was very helpful and finally cancelled the pass the same day we spoke. I've been coming here for a while and the staff is courteous, punctual, and polite. The specialist, Neeta is always on time, pleasant and does a wonderful job. I've recommended all my friends come here. Service and staff are great.Services: Hairline waxing
