I hate writing bad reviews but this needs to be addressed . I been asking for advise and told me to call zalina. To begin she was nasty on the phone, she couldn't even troubleshoot the problem instead she made it seem like i was stupid. All I need is advice and help with a machine I purchased from them. They can't even comply with that. I am a licensed esthetician and I like to get as much info before I get into any intense services but I should have known better.They had very little knowledge of esthetics / beauty . She had no Idea of what I was talking about as far as after care and protocols. I was being nice about the problem trying figure it out . I purchased an expensive machine to advance my services but barely received any training. The sheet they gave me makes absolutely no sense.( I posted so you can read and see if it makes sense) for facials.There only nice to you when it's beneficial .I can't even ask for advice or help instead I get an attitude and try to make me sound and look stupid. It's a loss for me and a lesson learned .

I got Botox and laser a little over a year ago and it was lovely I'll be going back when I get back into the area. also irina was very nice to me and even checked on me through my instagram

Literally the only laser treatment that actually works in nyc!!!! I spent years and lots of money on laser treatments going in every 4 weeks -even tried electrolysis. - until I came here. I go like once a year now, the machine she has blasts those hairs away and you literally leave smooth like a baby and don’t need as many treatments as one of these spas using lower end machines. LOVE THIS PLACE - and Irina.
