This store is understaffed, and the manager is unfriendly and unhelpful. It’s the third time I’ve visited, and I’ve never seen anyone on the floor to assist me. I was told to wait in line to ask the cashier to call someone to the floor, which was very odd, especially during the holiday season.
However, I’m glad I went back because the representative, Tasnim, was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. I have very hard-to-match skin tones, and she managed to find my color. She introduced me to a new brand and suggested products from other brands that work well with my undertone and skin type.
