Phillips Shoe Repair in Forest Hills did a wonderful job fixing my father-in-law’s shoes. The repair was done very well, and you can tell they take pride in their work. It’s not always easy to find someone who still does quality shoe repair the right way, but they really delivered. The shoes came back looking great, and we were very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled work.
They’re amazing. They always do a great job. If it wasn’t for the low stars due to store hours they would have a 5 stars. Unfortunately, they had a rough year with personal family issues and that’s why the hour of operation was unpredictable. It must be frustrating for customers however is a lot more frustrating and depressing for the family going through a loss. Family comes first, they’re still grieving and trying their best to keep their customers happy. They sure deserve more than five stars. They fix shoes, purses, clothes, you name it, they make the old new. They are honest hard working people. God Bless them 🙏
The only place I will trust for my designer items. They don't just fix shoes. They also did a good job on hemming, better than the original stich. Great hep on hand bag too. Definitely a treasure in the neighborhood.
