The customer service was good but there was a little bit of a language issue and the signs did not have English translated versions. I don't recommend people do the overnight stay because in my experience it was very loud and not a lot of privacy to get good sleep.

Significantly overpriced and as customers we were enforced to give over 50% of tips at the end of service. In general their service was above average, but the available services/projects/pricing are not transparent at all unless you visit there physically.With that said, I do rate it 4-star for the smooth parking experience they offer.
