Entire Shoe Repair

This guy is probably ok for shoe shining. I went in to stitch sandals because the straps were too high for my flat feet and needed to be taken in. He barely acknowledged me when I asked him if he could do it and grabbed the sandals out of my hand before slapping on some glue which made me quite nervous would ruin the leather. Thankfully it didn't but the stitching was awful and was much thicker than the original delicate stitches (see picture). He only charged $10 but still, I rather pay more for quality. He also told me it would be ready at a certain time but he forgot so we agreed on a later time but it wasn't done when I returned, nor was he working on it. And he couldn't remember that I had already paid even though I had asked him if he would since he didn't give me a receipt when I originally dropped them off. Sheesh!
