When I was looking for a new place to reside, I had no intentions ever of living in an apartment. Somehow as fate would have it I came across photos of the interior of Florida Gardens. I was so impressed ( a rarity) by tasteful design, I was willing to abandon my desire for something more private and secluded. I knew once I walked into one of the last few that were available, this would be my HOME* and though i resided in a small house i rented for 7 years prior, it never felt like Home. I'm still here four years later, and any concerns i had regarding apartment living, is gone! Knebel management has not only kept this building pristine frim the inside out, but keeps improving the quality of life for its residents. They just added a beautiful pergola complete with table, chairs and a bbq. Knowing how well Knebel management maintains their building and goes out of their way to insure their residents are happy, gives me a sense of security and peace i have not felt since i left my own home 11 years ago. To say I am grateful and thankful to Knebel Management and the men behind it is an understatement! Apologies for typos, couldn't go back to correct !
