My daughter and I had an appt with Elite nails in Warwick ny, when we got there they were so over booked, I got my pedicure, but my daughter said no to doing her nails being that they took so long. The worker came up to my daughter and apologize and did her nails for free, she was so apologetic and did a nice job and gave her a massage. They keep making sure my daughter was comfortable. I've been coming to this salon for several years, and I have to say they have been very professional. I get a regular pedicure, sometimes a spa pedicure, and even though I've had many different technicians, they've been consistently good.
