The spot has reasonable prices and is well kept. My barber, Ernest was great! I was seen on time and left very satisfied with my cut. Ernest was attentive to my request and detail oriented. I received several compliments on my hair cut and look forward to my next appointment.

“This place was my first place I got a haircut in on Middletown since I moved from Newburgh. Two days before Easter and I didn't know I was going there because I didn't know prices or if you needed an appointment or not
So I was a walk in and waited only 15 minutes no big deal and they were packed that day. Normally I get anxiety at a crowded new place I go to like restaurants or stores or barber shop. They made me feel welcome once I walked in and I was fine. In newburgh I got lucky for 4 years my barber shop I knew wasn't charging what they could have been charging. They only charged 15 and I gave 5 bucks tip. So I knew Middletown would be more I wasn't shocked to find out how much which was still affordable 30 bucks and I even felt generous that day and thew him a 20 dollar tip because making me feel welcomed and taking my anxiety away. Haircut was perfect and I got his card which I have to book another appointment because I normally go every 2 or 3 weeks. Definitely would recommend it to people and not even considering trying one of the 50 barber shops in Middletown. It's insane how many shops they have so you know you have competition which would be annoying but they offer a good service enough for me to use monthly. Great atmosphere there and very satisfied with the haircut“

“Before I found EDGE barbershop my go to haircut was a fade/buzzcut because no barber knew how to cut the cowlick in the front of my hairline. My first couple of cuts they let me have it my way & then the third cut they said “you trust me?” This man gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had, totally a style I didn’t think I could pull off. A fade up to a scissor cut “with a little on top to play with.” I met my wife two weeks later. That haircut changed my confidence!“
