I was in a serious accident Sat and 2 trucks showed up from tow boss. They handled the whole situation with 2 totaled cars and an intersection full of debris in the most professional manner imaginable. They even went out of their way to get me home!Could not recommend these guys more! Great outfit!
I was in an accident early one recent morning. I left the accident scene via Ambulance to a local hospital and was released. Hours later, After getting a rental, I went to the tow yard. Both Matt and his wife were very professional and polite. I removed my belongings to notice the car had been gone through... two sets of ray ban sunglasses were no where to be found. I returned to the accident scene on the off chance they were there, no luck. I am by no means accusing anyone directly, not the tow company, the firemen, or the troopers. I will keep in mind that I am blessed and that everything can be replaced.
The owner of Tow Boss came and saved me after I hit a deer very late at night when no one else would answer. Not only did they get to me extremely fast from the other side of the river, but they handled everything with my insurance and saved me a ton of stress. So so appreciative of you guys. Thank you!
