Aaron did an amazing job with our pup, Millie!! She was very comfortable with him, and he took his time grooming her. Her nails were perfectly trimmed/filed, and her ears were nice and clean and she smelled soooo good!! The cute Halloween scarf was an added bonus! I also loved the easy online booking system! We will be bringing Millie back for future grooms!
Game changer!! My tiny dog is a very bad boy and has been banned by other groomers. I always imagine that he’s been drop kicked while waiting for the call that he’s ready for pickup. Not anymore! I know that sweet Tessa can handle him with patience and kindness. His chihuahua brother goes along just because he’s fancy and loves a spa day. I recommend Tessa to anyone and everyone I see! Her shop is clean, quiet and relaxing for the pups. The prices are great and the fellas return home quickly. I’m so grateful that I never have to worry about their grooming appointments anymore. It’s actually a pleasure now.
Brought my Sharpei mix Daisy here to be groomed and my timid Berner puppy just to watch and get exposed. Brittany was great about letting us just hang out. Last visit my Berner was also groomed and I fed her treats and kept her calm while she was groomed. Most groomers wouldn’t appreciate an owner hanging out but we were treated kindly and respectfully. I’m confident it won’t be long before we can leave both dogs in Brittany’s hands. Best shop I’ve ever been to.
