I have been here numerous times over the years, and had both manis and pedis. Like most places, the experience is usually technician specific. One thing that has been consistent is when the pedicure states there is paraffin, all they do is put a teaspoon of wax in a plastic bag and put it on your heel. Maybe there is a different paraffin service on the menu that is more than that, I don't know. I also get overwhelmed with all the colors to choose from, and more often than not, the color I pick, they don't have. This happens to me everywhere I go; it is not a reflection on this salon. Boyfriend is working up here for a few week so I gave this place a try weeks ago when he first came here. Got a gel manicure set in purple which was a really nice color and the staff was friendly. But sadly when I went home two days later it started to peel.
I came back up after going to a different closer to my home cause I was in need of a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was amazing the best part. I didn’t get the ladies name who did my pedicure but she was the best! I decided to get the dip powder manicure.. this is where I went wrong.
