Cracked my tooth Sunday night, my previous dentist retired so I had to search for a new one. Monday morning found Dr. Utterback's info from a general google search for local dentists and liked the website (check), called for an appointment and was greeted kindly and professionally (check), being a new patient I wasn't hopeful that I'd get an appointment but to my surprise they made room for me later that day to evaluate my tooth (check), Arrived and was pleasantly surprised with the office and the entire staff. Always top end care. Full and thorough cleaning. Wonderful hygienist. State of the art equipment. Madeline is kind and patient and gentle. The office is clean and tidy every time. From the front desk to every procedure, this is where I place my trust.
My wife and I are in our 80’s, the other day we had what we both thought was an amazing experience of all places a dentist office. At our age we have been in a lot of dentist offices and had many different test an examinations done but not like this office it was a WOW. Our first exam took a hour besides multiplex-rays Dr Utterback checked the gums around each tooth.Five stars are not enough to rate her and her excellent staff. In addition the office decor is outstanding.
