This is the only nail salon that I really like. I have been going around trying other places, and keep telling myself just to go back to Love Nails. It was easier to get in before Covid. I unfortunately am not a person who makes appointments for this kind of stuff because I never know what I am doing because of work, and kind of go when the spirit moves me and I have the time. This is why I really haven't gone because they have been turning me away without an appointment - my fault. I like their polish color selection, which is clean & organized, and they use quality brands like OPI and Essie. I don't remember if they have CND Gel nail color. Like most places, the experience is usually technician specific. I have my favorite, but she is always booked with someone. Most of them are good anyway, so it is no big deal. The salon is clean, and I like that they take their time. I hate feeling rushed. I go to relax and have the whole experience. A little self-pampering. My favorite technicians do anyway, and are detailed oriented about things. They always offer a massage which I usually take because I need it. I buy gift certificates for all my friends, and recommend this place to everyone.
