As always, a very friendly, professional, and efficient visit and experience.
They have done a wonderful job in caring and curing a few issues I’ve had over the years.
Cataract and detached, retina, surgery, etc. can seem quite daunting when you realize the delicate skills involved to handle issues like that.
After having several very successful, comfortable and pain free procedures performed by their staff, I have complete confidence In their ability to handle any issues that may arise.
Dr. Palmeiro is the absolute best!!! Always very kind, caring, empathetic and an amazing thorough Doctor! An absolute Gem!! Dr Palmeiro genuinely cares about his patients! He truly is an amazing Doctor and person.
It was my first time at HVES and from the moment I walked in the door the staff could not have been nicer. I filled out all the paper work and within 3 minutes I was called in by a very nice lady who did my exam and took notes, then Dr Schere came in and went over everything and explained the procedure and what my issue was in full detail. I would highly recommend HVES to anyone who asked for a referral.
